I've been contacted by a man in the Central African Republic about an issue he's having with exceptionally high mutant birth rates. He got my name from some mutual contacts and Elpis pointed him my way, and I think we should go take a look.

My first act as the real official boss of people instead of just the office manager, is this.

If anyone comes to work when I and/or the doctors don't think they're physically or mentally fit to be there, they will be removed from the office by any means necessary and as often as necessary, up to and including fireman's carry, until such time as they're in better condition. On full pay, naturally.

Such is my decree and as such is beyond contestation.
